Cookie Freshness
Chef Joe's Cookies are artisan made cookies using natural ingredients. Our cookies are made fresh to order and arrive to you in sealed, airtight packaging marked with a "Best by" date and nutritional information.
Opening Orders and Payment Terms
Our minimum opening order is nine dozen cookies. The entire order may be shipped at one time, or partial orders may be shipped over a period of time based on your request at the time the order is placed.
Initial orders for new customer accounts must be prepaid by credit card prior to shipping. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards. Qualified wholesale customers may submit an application for payment terms. Allow three weeks for application processing. Notification of acceptance for terms will be to the authorized representative, and is at the sole determination of Chef Joe's Cookies. A $50 fee will be applied to any checks returned due to insufficient funds. Payment terms may be revoked by Chef Joe's Cookies at any time, without notice, and may require prepayment by credit card.
Placing Orders
Chef Joe's Cookies accepts wholesale orders by phone at 708.588.1115, weekdays 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., CST; or by faxing our cookie order form to 708.588.1116, 24 hours, 7 days a week. An email confirmation of your order will be sent within 24 hours of order receipt.
Shipping
Chef Joe's Cookies are shipped within 48 hours of order directly from La Grange, Illinois via UPS ground service. At the time of order, customer may designate a specific shipping date beyond the 48 hours, and/or accelerated shipping services. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery. Replacements or credit for damaged or short shipments may be applied if reported to Chef Joe's Cookies within 48 hours of delivery. Please hold damaged goods and the original shipping materials should UPS need to inspect damaged goods prior to settling a claim.
Samples
Tasting samples are available upon request. Request a tasting sample of our delicious cookies by contacting our Wholesale Customer Specialist at 708-588-1115. Evidence of wholesaler status will be required at time of request.
